Problem with Qt Path
« on: November 08, 2013, 07:14:48 PM »
Hi

I am new to this forum (and also to the Mac OS world). I have just installed Winfig and the Qt Libraries, but when I try to run Winfig, I get this message from a terminal that opens automatically:

Last login: Fri Nov  8 18:57:27 on ttys001
MacBook-Pro-de-Antonio:~ Antonio1$ /Applications/WinFIG/WinFIG ; exit;
dyld: Library not loaded: /Users/andreas/Qt5.1.0//5.1.0/clang_64/lib/QtWidgets.framework/Versions/5/QtWidgets
  Referenced from: /Applications/WinFIG/WinFIG
  Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap: 5
logout

[Proceso completado]

QtWidgets is in my system, but in in a different folder. I downloaded the Qt Libraries from http://qt-project.org/downloads, it is the version 5.1.1 instead of 5.1.0.
Any help would be very much appreciated, regards

Antonio

I have not solved this problem. I am posting this to explain my workaround: I have installed Xfig by using MacPorts. It works fine and reads the fig files made in Windows, without any problems. I miss some of the nice features of Winfig, like the implementation of writing labels in LaTeX, being able to see the result immediately. But since I don't know how to fix this and there is no clue (at least for me)  in google, I have given up trying.
